Common Partner questions.
Do I need a license to be a partner?add
No regulatory license is required to refer investors. The partner agreement covers your role, TDS, and ledger access. You must be a Member, Investor, or Holiday-holder yourself.
When does the first commission hit my account?add
Holiday-package commissions: 50% at Month 4 and 50% at Month 5. Real Estate Model 1: within 30 days of investor signing. Models 2 & 3: monthly, beginning the month the investor's payouts begin.
Is there a referral cap?add
No cap — refer as many investors as you can serve well. We expect the same standard of care from partners as from our own RMs.
Can I refer myself or my immediate family?add
Family referrals are allowed; self-referrals are not. The system flags duplicate KYC documents automatically.
What if my referred investor exits early?add
Real Estate Model 1: the 2% one-time has already been paid; no clawback. Models 2 & 3 and Holiday: monthly / tranche payouts continue only while the underlying investor's contract is active.
How is TDS handled?add
Deducted at source at the applicable rate. Form 16A is auto-generated in your partner portal each quarter.
What kind of marketing support do partners get?add
Once activated, partners get access to brochures, sample contracts, calculators, and on-request co-presentation slots with our advisors.
Can I be a partner across all products?add
Yes — a single partner code earns commissions across Real Estate, Holiday, and Membership referrals. The matrix above sets the rate per product.
