You always get the ticket back at Month 25.

Common Holiday questions.
Why is the GST not refunded?add
GST is a statutory tax paid to the government on every package booking. It's not part of FortuneKraft's revenue, so it can't be returned. Everything else — the full ticket — comes back at Month 25.
What if I'm unhappy in the first 90 days?add
Withdraw within 90 days of signing and the ticket value is refunded — no questions asked. GST is not part of the refund (the government keeps that). After Day 90 the contract runs through to Month 25, where the cashback rule applies: full ticket back, GST excluded.
Can I take the trip with my family?add
The ticket is priced for single occupancy. Couple or family extras can be added at incremental cost — confirmed during booking.
Can I upgrade tiers mid-contract?add
Yes — at FortuneKraft's discretion, on a case-by-case basis, to ensure a win-win for both sides. Reach out to your advisor with what you're looking for and we'll work out the structure together.
Who handles visas?add
You do. Visa fees and government formalities are not part of the package on SEA and Europe tiers. FortuneKraft can recommend visa consultants on request.
What if a destination becomes unavailable?add
We'll always offer at least 2 alternative destinations of comparable tier and duration. Trip dates can be deferred with 30 days' notice through the investor portal.
Is the cashback taxable?add
The cashback is a return of capital, not income — but please consult your tax advisor. We provide all transaction documentation.
Can I combine this with the Real Estate package?add
Absolutely — they're independent contracts. Many investors run both for asset growth and experiences in parallel.
